No.  Your inspector's job is to perform an inspection and inform you of any problems or potential problems with the home.  After learning all you can about the home, the decision to purchase the home is up to you.  You will be the one living in the home, not your home inspector or real estate agent.  Don't allow someone else to make your purchasing decision for you or talk you into something you do not want or do not feel comfortable with.
