The type of pests we look for during a pest inspection are those pests that can potentially damage the wood structure of your home such as: termites and carpenter ants. Bats, rats, mice,and other rodents might also be considered pests, but they represent no real harm to the structure of your home. A Pest Inspection is also sometimes referred to as a WDO Inspection or a Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection.
Our pest inspections include a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of the home. If wood destroying pests are found, the home can usually be treated by a local pest control company to prevent them from causing further damage.
