WDO stands for Wood Destroying Organisms.  This covers things like: termites, carpenter ants, dry rot, etc.  The WDO inspection (sometimes called a Termite Inspection) is typically seperate from the home inspection.  Some home inspectors are qualified and trained to perform WDO inspections and can do them along with the home inspection at an additional fee.  At Martin Home Inspections we are trained and qualified to perform WDO inspections.
