Services We Provide:
• Home Inspections
A home inspection covers the interior and exterior of the home, and the garage.
• Radon Testing
A radon test includes a 48 hour minimum short term radon test to determine the radon level in the home. We use only EPA approved continous radon monitors.

• Pest Inspections
Pest inspections include a visual inspection of the home for wood destroying organisms such as: termites, carpenter ants, wood rot, etc.
• Fees
The fees we charge for a home inspection are determined by a few factors such as: the size of the home and whether or not a pest inspection or radon test is included. We pride ourselves in providing top-quality home inspections at affordable prices.
