Some home inspection companies will charge you extra to go into your crawlspace or attic, and if you have 2 water heaters, a chimney, a sprinkler system, or if your home was built before 1950 etc.  At Martin Home Inspections we consider all of these things to be routine and part of what a client would expect to be included.  We base our fees on one criteria - the square footage of the home.  Pest Inspections or Radon Tests are charged seperately
